Team activity :
Within OSSM department (Operational Support and Service Management), the Asset Servicing Control team is in charge transversally of the monitoring of funds cash and stock positions in order to ensure
the quality of the economic front office position.
The team has daily interactions with fund managers, the different Middle Offices of our provider State Street Bank and other control teams of OSSM.
Main missions :
Operational Controls
- Daily monitoring of corporate actions flows (announcements and instructions follow up)
- Monitoring of corporate actions processing in our systems
- Daily monitoring of cash balances discrepancies between our systems and custodians
Reporting and Reviews
- Analysis and follow up with our providers of any discrepancy or risk due to holdings issue
- Review with our Middle Office aged cash and stock breaks
- Assist the senior Asset Servicing Controller in setting up and implementing new dashboards to analyse the different parts of a Middle Office position.
Profile :
- Rigour and excellent analysis skills
- Very good knowledge in VBA/Excel
- Good relationships
- Fluent English and French
- Good knowledge of the asset management industry
Salaire : 34/37k€ selon profil et expérience
Durée : intérim de 6 mois environ (précisé très rapidement)
